General Terms and conditions (for all group classes)

-All fees must be paid in full at time of registration.

-No refund, under any circumstances, will be given to any students who missed classes or withdraws after the beginning of a course.

-If a student withdraws before the beginning of a course, the full amount minus 30% of the course fee will be refunded. Given that we provide the benefit of small class groups, refund requests must be made in writing and received within 14 days prior to the beginning of the course. Alternatively, you can transfer your enrolment to a friend or family member as long as they agree to these terms and conditions.

-Petite Plume reserves the right to cancel classes, at any time, if a minimum number of students is not reached. When a course can’t proceed due to insufficient enrolments, students can transfer to another class, receive a full credit or be fully refunded.

-In the event of unforeseen circumstances Petite Plume reserves the right to reschedule a lesson. If the student is unable to attend the alternate class, Petite Plume will refund the cost of this lesson.

-Petite Plume shall reserve the right to redirect a student to another class level, at any time, if the student’s level does not match the rest of the class.

Terms and conditions for students under the age of 18.

-General terms and conditions also apply to children classes.

-Parents are responsible for their children outside classroom hours and for as long as the children are outside the classroom.

-Parents are expected to bring their children to the classroom at the beginning of the class and to pick them up at the end of the class. Parents may allow their children to come and leave the school on their own or with another parent but must take full responsibility.

Terms and conditions for private tuition

-All fees must be paid in full 72 hours before the lesson.

-No lesson will be held if the payment is not received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.

-Failure to notify the tutor of a lesson cancelation prior to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in the full fee being charged.

-If the tutor experiences problems at the time of a scheduled lesson and is unable to provide a regular service, the tutor will reschedule the lesson at the earliest convenience for both student and teacher.

-Private lessons start and finish at the agreed time. If a student arrives late, the tutor may not be able to teach longer than the initial agreed time.

-For online tuition, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a working high-speed internet connection, headset and microphone for your lessons.
